Raised in South Taranaki, Fiona has built a varied career across several countries, bringing wide-ranging advisory, strategic and governance experience to her work. She combines this strong commercial insight with a deep understanding of disability and neurodiversity, supported by a recent postgraduate degree in psychology. This unique blend of business acumen and human insight allows Fiona to approach client relationships with empathy and understanding—making   information meaningful and accessible, and helping clients who process information differently find clarity and new ways to engage with their business.

Outside of work... Fiona and her husband are kept busy supporting their three children through various school, dance and sport commitments. Fiona is actively involved in her community, serving on local boards and supporting initiatives that champion inclusion and wellbeing.
