After graduating from Victoria University of Wellington in 2017 with a Bachelor of Commerce, she has gained a variety of skills through her experience in customer service and financial supporting roles in both hospitality and education industries.  While having a focus on budgeting, forecasting and management reporting in the Commercial sector, she is studying for her Certified Practising Accountant designation through CPA Australia.

Outside of work... Joanne can be found spending time with those close to her, finding a new receipe to share, learning Korean or picking up a new arts and craft project.
